Testimonial from recent first time home buyers: Mark and Rose, proud owners of a beautiful updated home in san ramon w/ a pool!

We were first time home buyers who had never even looked into buying a house before. Being unfamiliar with the whole process, Jay was exceptionally helpful in answering our questions and probably more importantly, telling us what the questions were. He showed great patience by taking us to many different houses, condos and townhomes in our price range and explained the positives and negatives for each. By doing this and not rushing us, he allowed us to figure out what it was that we were looking for. When we had a good idea, he was able to do a more directed search and found us the perfect home. There is no way he would have found us the perfect home if he had not taken great pains to find out what we wanted.

Apart from finding us the home, he answered questions regarding the process of negiotiation through signing final documents. We really felt that he was there for us throughout the entire process.

We are really grateful to Jay for his service and definitely will use him in the future.
